Ingredients
200g Solid Light Tuna
¾ cup Carrots (Chopped)
¾ cup Sugar Snap Peas
¾ cup Broccoli Heads
¾ cup Yellow Sweet Peppers (Chopped)
¾ cup Green Beans
½ cup Water Chestnuts (Chopped)
Salt
Pepper
Olive Oil
Sriracha Sauce
Preheat a frypan or wok on medium heat with some oil in the pan.
Add vegetables and stir until they are blended.
Add Salt, Pepper, and Sriracha Sauce to preference and desired spice level.
Cook until vegetables are warm and steaming but still crispy.
Add tuna and mix thoroughly with the vegetables.
Continue to cook until the tuna is well heated but before the vegetables begin to dry out.
