Sriracha Tuna Stir Fry

In the mood for an easy meal that is loaded with nutrition yet mostly free of starchy carbs and sugars? This stir fry is quick to cook on your stove or at the campground. Reward your body with a delicious nutrient supercharge.

Ingredients

  • 200g Solid Light Tuna
  • ¾ cup Carrots (Chopped)
  • ¾ cup Sugar Snap Peas
  • ¾ cup Broccoli Heads
  • ¾ cup Yellow Sweet Peppers (Chopped)
  • ¾ cup Green Beans
  • ½ cup Water Chestnuts (Chopped)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive Oil
  • Sriracha Sauce
  • Preheat a frypan or wok on medium heat with some oil in the pan. 
  • Add vegetables and stir until they are blended.
  • Add Salt, Pepper, and Sriracha Sauce to preference and desired spice level.
  • Cook until vegetables are warm and steaming but still crispy. 
  • Add tuna and mix thoroughly with the vegetables.
  • Continue to cook until the tuna is well heated but before the vegetables begin to dry out.
  • Serve and enjoy!
