Superfood Pancakes

Grain-free pancakes containing nothing but pure nutrition may sound like a pipe dream but today they are reality. Boasting only three ingredients these tasty fellas are just as easy to cook over a campfire as on the stove.

Ingredients

  • 3 Bananas
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1tsp Cinnamon
  • Season your fry pan with oil and preheat on medium.
  • Blend ingredients by hand or in a blender.
  • Pour pancakes of your desired size into the pan and fry for 1min on each side or until golden.

Once done, either enjoy the pancakes naked or garnish them however you would like! A perfect breakfast containing only healthy ingredients rich in protein, vitamins, and potassium in less than 10min.

An option for a healthy topping is to blend fresh avocado, cocoa powder, and stevia to form a sugar-free chocolate sauce rich in healthy fats. (Not included in nutrition calculation)
